BRAIDEN PAYNE. Long but my experience. We have been wanting a equipment trailer for a very long time and have looked at multiple places within the Treasure Valley. As we were not currently in Idaho at the time of purchase. Buying anything online sight unseen is extremely stressful. Let alone buying from strangers who you pray aren't lying to you or scamming you. I expanded my search and ran across Facebook Marketplace online Braiden with American Trailer Sales of the Magic Valley located in Jerome. He had posted a Brand new Big Tex 14tl 7x20 tilt trailer with a incredible price. I messaged him instantly. I had many many questions about axle sizes, price differences, warranties etc. I asked for pictures, he would go out and take pictures of them for me as well as send me online information with all of the exact specs. After about a week of my constant questions and changing my mind, I thought for sure Braiden would just stop answering me. But he didn't. He was patient, kind, very quick to respond and always had an answer. I ended up going with the 14tl 7x22 with double 7k axles. He assisted in finding our 1st purchase perfect equipment trailer for our needs. My father lives in the treasure valley and was going to pick it up in Jerome which is a 2.5hr drive away from where they live. Braiden went out of his way, once again and had all the paperwork and trailer ready for pickup at their Boise location. Making the drive hours less and a super easy pickup. Whether you want to drive to Jerome to pick up your trailer or American Trailer sales other locations, Boise or Caldwell. CALL/MESSAGE BRAIDEN.
