got my trailer yesterday and I want to tell you how happy I am with it. It pulls great, a little heavier than my last trailer but I expected that.

I really appreciate the service you gave me. I will recommend your business to anyone that asks where I bought my trailer. Do you have any of those small stickers that businesses sometime put on? I would be happy to put one on this trailer as an ad for you

I was able to sell my other trailer this weekend as well. I sold it to the first person that called HALLELUYAH!! I got the full asking price….wish I had asked more for it…HAHAHA.
Thanks again for everything. J Lori

I wanted to thank Lucy and all the staff
at American Trailers Sales for their incredible service.

I'm from Kelowna, British Columbia.  Every winter
I take my two horses to Arizona for the winter.
This winter five weeks before returning,
I had the good fortune of acquiring a 3rd horse.
I already had a 3 horse trailer but the problem
I had with my new horse was that he was 17.1.
He just barely fit into the last stall of my trailer.
I needed a new trailer and only had 4 weeks to
get it (we take 4-5 days to make the trip home).

I made a list of trailer places in Phoenix from the
internet.  The first place I called, the fellow informed
me that he didn't buy nor sell trailers, he only fixed
them.  He then proceeded to tell me that of all the
trailers he dealt with, the Featherlite trailers were by
far the best built and had the least issues.  It was the
only trailer he would recommend.  He was definitely
a person in a position to know which trailers were
the best built and would have no bias towards any
one product.  I was getting an honest opinion, so
afterwards that's all I looked at.

I had dealt with trailer dealers in both British
Columbia and Las Vegas NV.  Most inquiries I
made about prices and options required that they
call me back.  Sometimes I'd hear back a few days
later,  sometimes not at all.  I had to call them to
get my answers.  It was frustrating to say the least.
My feeling was that they were too busy to deal
with me and the economy must be really good
for the horse trailer industry, because I was a
hot buyer and I was the one having to chase them.

That's when I got lucky and found Lucy at
American Trailer Sales in Boise, ID.  Lucy
knew most of the answers to my questions,
for the ones she didn't know, she'd call or email
me the answers within minutes or hours.  I had
to trade in my Canadian horse trailer to make
the deal and Lucy found out exactly what I
needed to do to make it all happen.  Lucy found
me the exact big horse horse trailer I wanted with
all the extra features I needed and gave me a fair
trade-in for my used trailer.

Driving up from AZ, I said to my husband that
this had been the best purchasing experience I'd
ever had, and I was doing it all over the phone
and internet.  He said he hoped I'd feel the same
after I'd picked it up.  American Trailer didn't let
me down.  We arrived in the afternoon and they
had arranged for a place to keep my horses
overnight so they could attach the gooseneck hitch
to my truck in the morning.  They lent us a vehicle
overnight and told us where a good hotel was close
by.  The next morning they expected the work on
the truck to be done by 11am but by 10am it was
done.  We were able to hit the road earlier than
expected, yeah.

It was by far and away the easiest and pleasant
purchasing experience a person could have hoped for.

I am now the proud owner of a beautiful Featherlite
trailer and I love everything about it.  Thanks to that
guy in Phoenix who recommended it to me and thanks
to American Trailers Sales for putting it all together.

Patti
